Grizzye Art Gallery (309 Court Ave NW) will be open for prints and paintings. The artist Grizzye will be drawing with chalk inspired by famous artist Keith Haring’s chalk drawings in the NYC subways during the 80s.
Just Imagine Gift Gallery (201 Sixth St NW) Visit in store for Street Art on Paper – new street art designs on paper by Just Imagine Artists! All items sold at Just Imagine are hand crafted by adult artisans with developmental disabilities. A portion of all sales are paid directly to the individual artists.

Join the CMA on July’s First Friday and enjoy FREE timed tickets from 10AM-8PM. In addition, the Canton Ceramic Artists Guild will be hosting their annual sale for July’s First Friday right outside of the CMA in the parking lot (Market Ave entrance). This popular Canton event features the work of 13 master potters and ceramic artists and includes functional stoneware, sculpture, wall pieces, raku, and more. The Guild is also going to be selling handmade bowls as a “Bowls for Hunger” fundraiser that will donate 100% of sales to the Stark County Hunger Task Force. Silo Arts (431 4th St NW) presents “Michele Waalkes”! Join us at Silo for featured artist: Photographer and Sculptor Michele Waalkes. Resident Artists from Silo will have a display of chalk arts in honor of “Chalk the Walk”. Gallery will be open from 5:30pm-9pm.
Vital Arts (324 Cleveland Ave NW) Featured artist Erin Mulligan presents Mulligan’s Menagerie. Erin’s meticulously detailed paintings are at once whimsical, metaphoric, and sometimes a little creepy. The Gallery will be open from 6-10pm where you can also enjoy Independent Film downstairs at The CUT cinema.
The Hub Art Factory (336 6th st NW) resident Artists and local professionals collaborate on a unique show that features bizarre and beautiful helmet redesigns. Steampunk Anglerfish, Medieval Jousters, Urban Street Art, and many more wild designs! Featuring work by Tim Eakin, David McDowell, Mark Slack, Michelle Waalkes, Heidi Fawver, Abby Cox, Justin Randall, Erika Katherine, Tim Carmany, Christian Harwell, Liv Ream, and Jess Wilhelm. Show is free and open to the public 6-10pm.
Miss Larana’s Alchemical Apothecary (334 4th St NW) We have a brand new product called Sun Harmony. This is an organic natural face moisturizer and sun screen. Made from red raspberry, buriti and carrot oils which have natural high SPF (up to 40) and other herbs and flowers. Zinc and beeswax provide more protective layers. $8. We also have Bugs Off which is an organic essential oil bug repellent for $3/$6. Looking forward to some great chalk art!!!

Pop in for our “Poppin’s Night of Chalk Art” featuring artist Tracy Brewer chalking a rendition of Mary Poppins. Included in this family event is “Bert’s Sidewalk Chalk Playground” where families interact with artists & can color in drawings. Chalk will be provided. Then stop inside our gallery & check out some spectacular art along with a selection of handmade children’s toys.
